We publish poetry, prose, artwork and photography three times a year in our Spring Issue, Monsoon Issue and Winter Issue.

We accept poetry of any length but we prefer poetry that has an originality in voice and vivid imagery.

We accept prose in form of stories, blog pieces, interviews and essays. As a general rule, we accept pieces that range from 1000-3000 words in length but do accept pieces that extend or fall short of such a limit if they are exceptional. For prose, we encourage experimental short stories; opinion pieces on topics that can be branded as plain unconventional to downright weird, essays on politics, cultural trends, changes in language or music, or something that moved you. Anything that not only stands out while telling your story but also appeals to us.

In artwork, we accept only original art of any type. We encourage original artwork which means we don’t usually publish your recreations of Goku or Spiderman unless you do something outlandish with them. Also for every issue we choose only one artwork to be the cover of that particular issue.

In photographs, we appreciate photos that form a series, that convey some sort of emotion or a story.

We also maintain a cinema section where you can submit essays about films that move you. We do not accept film reviews.

We try to get back to each submitter within 1-3 months of submission. In case it takes longer than that, you can try contacting us on our social media or send an email with the subject “Submission Query.”
